Sunkovsky’s works in grisaille create geometric constructs which appear to float in airless space. Although the beholder might understand the elements’ dimension, the structures constantly seem to elapse. Thus Sunkovsky questions the beholder’s position and alienate well established viewing patterns.
Biography: Born 1951 in Innsbruck. Lives and works in Vienna.
