Oliver Hangl

In his artist book Picture This! Oliver Hangl plays a refined game: in his series of manipulated stereo photographs he develops an open plot around a central figure who only appears transparent when viewed in 3D so that the actual artwork is created in the head of the recipients. Plot and figure serve as a film projection surface to be filled individually.
